My room was comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection that catered to different tastes, making mornings enjoyable. A special mention to the club lounge for its delicious snacks and drinks available throughout the day. However, I faced delays with room service. On one occasion, my order took a long time to arrive, and when it did, it was incorrect. Additionally, the AC was a bit too cold, especially in dining areas. I felt uncomfortable eating in such a cold atmosphere. More seating in public areas would also have been appreciated, especially near the lobby, as it got crowded during check-in and check-out. These small adjustments could make a big difference.

Prices for services here are absurdly high!!! The delayed pick-up time came with a lack of communication!!! I found the noise from cleaning staff quite disruptive during morning hours. The pool area could benefit from some more amenities!!!

Upgraded to a sweet suite! The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, and they even offered me a bubble bath. Perfect for some quality time with my husband after baby duty!

The only downside? I think the bubble bath might have caused a few ripples—literally. Seems like the water didn't want to stay in the tub!
